Anytown at School helps create respectful, inclusive and safe school environments. Our workshops are dialogue-based and hands-on, giving students the chance to connect across differences, practice healthy communication and build a stronger sense of community with their classmates.
Students build the awareness, skills and confidence to treat each other with respect, speak up for others and make their school a place where everyone belongs. Workshops can support your school’s anti-bullying, climate and belonging goals, and we’ll tailor each one to your students.

Our school programs
Choose the format that fits your school’s schedule and goals, from a single day of on-campus workshops to a multi-day, immersive leadership experience. Every session is customized to your school and can include topics like leadership, identity, conflict resolution, belonging and restorative practices.
Half-day workshop
$3,000Middle & High School- Interactive activities that build connection and community

$5,500High School Only- An in-depth experience modeled on Anytown Leadership Camp

$8,500 per dayMiddle & High School- A transformative, multi-day leadership experience just for your students
- Dialogue, team-building, workshops and shared community living
- Students return to school with new skills, confidence and a deeper understanding of themselves and others

Experienced, trusted and invested in your students
Every Anytown at School session is led by facilitators with deep, firsthand experience in the Anytown Leadership Program. Many are long-term Anytown volunteers, and many are current or former classroom teachers who know how to create safe, structured spaces where young people can be honest, curious and open.
- Years of experience facilitating Anytown’s dialogue-based curriculum with students in grades 6–12
- Backgrounds in classroom teaching and youth development
- Ongoing training in Anytown’s approach to dialogue, empathy-building and restorative practice
- A long-term connection to Anytown. Many facilitators started out as camp participants themselves.

Sponsors can bring Anytown to a school
Businesses and community partners can fund a workshop for a school that couldn’t otherwise afford one, reaching up to 50 students at a time.
