As a strategic partner and change agent, she thrives in her ability to collaborate people and
business practices under a clear vision and a strong foundation.
As an Anytown alumni (1994, 1995) with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Human Resources Management, a Master’s Degree in Organizational
Management and 20+ years of experience, Jody created True North
Solutions LLC to promote positive authentic leadership. Through
customized coaching and consulting, she partners with business
owners and executives to get business in order with strong leadership
direction, strategy, and structure based on core values and integrated
community.
