As an Anytown camp advisor for the summer of 2023, he served as a mentor and source of inspiration for campers, fostering a sense of community and personal growth. As a biracial Black and White man who grew up within the foster care system, Jerrel’s experiences have enabled him to forge deep connections with Anytown’s delegates during his time as a camp advisor.
